Keyboard shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts help you navigate APSense and manage your expenses more efficiently. These shortcuts are available when using the APSense web application or the installed desktop application for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Modifier keys

Shortcuts use a primary modifier key based on your operating system:

In the tables below, Cmd/Ctrl refers to the appropriate key for your platform.

Use these shortcuts to move between primary modules from any screen within the application.

Mileage tracking

Quickly access the mileage logging interface to record business trips.

Platform notes

  • Web browser conflicts: Some shortcuts may conflict with default browser behavior (such as Ctrl + D for bookmarks). When using the web version, the application attempts to override these, but using the installed desktop application provides the most consistent experience.
  • Focus: Ensure the application window is active for shortcuts to register. If a shortcut does not work, click anywhere inside the app to return focus.
